Triple Width System (TWS)

Each Triple Width System (TWS) shoe has 2 removable insoles, every time you remove an insole the shoe becomes 1 width wider. The platforms are designed specifically for the widest width. Every added insert takes up one width. This gives the fitter, patient, etc the option to customize the fit of the shoe to accommodate swelling, pronation, certain deformities where one foot is wider or different in some way as opposed to the other foot, or where one foot is longer or shorter then the other.

Custom 3-Layer Inserts Materials: Top layer is fine celled Pro-Cell Eva, the insert will naturally heat-mold to the foot without abrasion. The center layer is Pron Foam that will not bottom out and continue to provide a comfortable cushion. The bottom layer is a firmer Pro-cell Plus Eva designed to hold the shape of the insole.
 
Specifications: Designed specifically for patient’s foot and selected shoe. Insert works together with shoe to support the foot and arch, as well as protecting the foot’s sole. Insert is specifically designed to create less friction on the foot and fits inside the shoes.

Fitter uses impression box to obtain a 3-D impression of the patient’s feet. The custom inserts are created from this impression. Obtaining a deep impression of the patient’s feet is very important for the lab to adjust the inserts for any foot deformities. Impression box and adequate foot measurements using a Ritz stick are vital to good fitting shoes and a happy customer.
